My customer has a Norstar system and wants to be able to call in to the system, access a 2-way speaker, and be able to talk to his employees and have them be able to talk back to him. I know that a 2-way speaker has to be connected to a C.O. port and I can access the C.O. port from a remote location but it doesn't page across the speaker. What am I missing?
