Remote one-x agent users getting call drop issue

As we allowed many users to work remotely , our one-x agents getting call drop issue
this is happening continuously please let us know what could be the issue .

as everyone on VPN now , do we need to open any range of ports on the VPN side ???
please let me know if anyone came across same scenario.
