Remote netware server backup question

You'll have to install separate Media Servers on each machine. This does require 2 Media Server licenses.
With the Remote Console you'll be able to connect to and manipulate them individually (provided you have some sort of private connection between the two sites).
FYI, Robotic Libraries can be a real hassle in Netware. Single decks are much easier.
