Remote monitoring of CallPilot

What devices are out there that can be used to remotly monitor a CallPilot system from off the ntework. The customer won't allow PCanywhere.

Do you mean remote monitoring for alarms and such or do you just need options for remote access?

Yes I mean for monitoring alarms.

You can also configure the CallPilot server to send SNMP traps.
