Do you have the Nvidia Helper Driver Service installed?

Hi

Thanks for your reply!
Disable Nvidia driver didn't help.

I do have 2 XP computers A and B.
I use computer B to remotly control computer A.
When I disconnected the "computer A terminal" window in computer B I assumed the monitor connected to computer A (black no signal active during the remote desktop session) would have a signal after ending the remote desktop.

I have restarted the computers but I do not get any signal to monitor for computer A but I can log into computer A remotly from Computer But I can't get the monitor active. The monitor do work I have tested it.

So taking RDP out of the picture, the only time you can ever get the monitor to come on on computer B is to boot up in safe mode? Sounds to me like a classic incompatible resolution/refresh rate problem.
Try booting back to safe mode and setting it to 640x480 and 60hz manually, then boot back up normally and change it to what you think it should handle.

Thank you for your help Jasen!

I think you got A & B mixed up but your info about resolution refresh rate led me to the simple solution
"enable VGA mode" (start up option), Now it works! :-D
