remote desktop coonection

Hi Gurus,
I cannot remote connect to a pc running xp(home edition)from a pc running xp pro, but can remote connect other way round (ie to xp pro pc from xp home edition pc), what do I need to remote connect to xp home edition pc from xp pro pc. your help would be appreciated. many thanks

XP Home cannot be a Remote Desktop Host. It can only be a Remote Desktop client.

There is nothing you can do to alter this situation.

Your only options are to upgrade to Pro or to use 3rd party software like pcAnywhere or GotoMyPC.

We use ulta vnc for remote desktop access, works well and is fairly fast.
