Hi

Can any one please let me know that if there is another way I call forward to a mobile number other than using EC500 or coverage remote. My user wants to be able to press a button on the phone to call forward to mobile.

You can add an autodial button to the users station. In the Number field add in the FAC for Call Forward All Calls followed by the mobile number. Our Call Fwd-All FAC is *99 so my button would look like...
autodial Number: *99907957123456

Ensure the user has the correct COS with..
Call Fwd-All Calls = y
Restrict Call Fwd-Off Net = n
