I have a Magix w/R4.0 and a Messaging R4.0 and have been trying to get the remote call forwarding to work (Call comes in, select 9 (selector code) VM transfers to ext# and ext autodial out):
Auto Attendant set up with selector code transfer to the extension (w/MB) I want to remote call forward. Incoming trunks are PRI ann have one dialup trunk. I have programmed the externion for Remote call forwarding, set the LS trunk for LD Disconnect (YES) and outmode for that LS trunk. Still can't get it to work. I am missing something but don't know what. Also, to compound the quest is I haven't found a cookbook approach to the solution.
Thanks

Have you set trunk to trunk transfer to yes for these extensions?

Check the FRLs and restrictions of the voice mail ports (all of them, not just the last one), and allow them trunk to trunk transfer as well.

When you do this you not only must give that one extension permission to dial out which it sounds like you have done. But you must take the ports to the voicemail and enable them to do a "Trunk to Trunk" transfer. If you don't, they don't have permission to complete the offsite transfer of the call. Good luck
