Remote call forward on IPO 7.0.12 3

Is it possible to do remote call forward on IPO 7.0.12 either through the system or VM Pro?

I have a user that has a second DID assigned that he calls forward throughout the week. I set him up as a bridge appearence on button programming. He would like the ability to call forward just the bridge app DID to a external number remotely. I see in VM Pro there is a remote call flow but have never used it before. Am I on the right track or is it not possible?

yes it used to be called a play config menu and you can adjust a few features from that menu,

Found it. It's called "Personal Options" now. thanks Kwing for pointing me in the right direction!
 
After I got this working for 1 user now majority of the users want the samething. On the first user I gave him his own DID to call into to change the remote call forward. I setup a short code that goes to the VM Pro then to a module that just has the personal options that has that 1 mailbox on it.

Since over a hundred people want to do that now it is not possible for me to do that for every user. Is it possible for me to setup a backdoor number that the users will have to log into their own mailbox so I can give out just 1 number? I tried to do that but when I setup the personal option I chose the callers mailbox instead but it doesn't do anything but silence when I call into it? If I maike mailbox it makes me enter a specific mailbox.

Any suggestions would be great

I think you could point a DID at a remote VM access (*98 VM collection "?Anonymous").

You could then build a remote menu with a menu to enter 1 to get to VM, 2 to get to config options, tie 2 to a menu where they need to enter an extension (use $ on menu) and then tie to personal options menu (leave pin blank on general tab for personal options. Then tie next to a disconnect.

If you add this remote menu to created "Collect" startpoints for each user, then everyone can use the one DID to call in on, I think.

You'd have to test it though.

Kwing is right, however you can allow all the users access to it in VMPRO in the "Get Mail" action. Open the action & in the "Specific" tab check the "Provide Advanced Personal Options." When you call into VMPRO & remote login to your mail box, press 5 & when you hear the prompts press 9, this will allow you to change your options you have enabled. Please ensure that all the user passwords are secure since this action can allow toll fraud. You could force another password before the "Get Mail' action.
