remote assistance thru firewall

My question is this:

If someone behind domain firewall sends me a remote assistance request, I can't connect because "host name cannot be resolved". I'm not surprised because I'm outside the domain.

When I open the XML file, the internal DHCP-assigned IP address shows up. I wanted to change the firewall NAT settings but with DHCP, it can be tricky.

So, what should I do? Or am I pretty much SOL? Thanks!
