Jun 14, 2005 #3 birky ISP Jan 14, 2002 555 AE as sx3 said....check the services on the remote client to ensure that BE service is installed & running. Also you can right click the remote servers icon in the 'Backup Selections' tab & choose 'Properties'. Upvote 0 Downvote

Jun 15, 2005 #5 steveot IS-IT--Management Oct 27, 2003 1,635 US There are patched that resolve this issue. SP2 and HOTFIX 50 if you running 9.1 to the media server then re-push the remote agent. Upvote 0 Downvote
