Remote Agent Won't Install

All of a sudden I can't backup one of our servers, the job log says that remote agent is not installed or configured correctly on the remote system. Everything looked the same and I verified that it wasn't touched. I uninstalled it and when I tried to re-install it after the reboot the Windows installer flashes up for a second or 2 and then nothing. WTF!!
We're using Backup Exec 10d on Windows 2003 Server. If someone has any idea what to do about this it would be much appreciated!!

Try installing Windows Installer 3.1 and try the installation again.

Have you tried the Windows Installer Cleanup utility?

Thanks for the feedback, we already have the latest Installer version and the cleanup utility didn't fix the problem. Any other suggestions??

Are you pushing the install? I have never been sucessful on a remote push. Try installing it manually.

This tells how to manually install the AOFO option and the RAWS. This is the only way I can get a remote agent on my servers. Good luck!
