After applying SP4a for BE9.1 on a Windows 2003 Small Busines Server, the Remote Agent keeps stopping. Looking back at the Event Viewer, the agent stops just as the backup starts.
"The Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers service terminated unexpectedly"
Because, of this the backup fails saying "0xa00084c4 - Unable to allocate memory" and the notification sent from the server says "(Server: "SERVER-W03") (Job: "RR Differential Backup") RR Differential Ba ckup -- The job failed with the following error: Unable to allocate memor y."
Any ideas really appreciated.
