Remote Agent install failure!

Upgraded 9.0 to 9.1 (finally) and many of my remote agents will not upgrade via automated process. Additionally, on the local (remote) servers, I can't even uninstall manually (via add/remove programs). I receive "fatal error during installation."

Any thoughts? Thanks!
