Remote Access - HELP!!!

I've just setup RRAS on a Win2k Server box. What i need to know is how do i configure it so that users on the LAN can dial out from it? (Demand Dialing i think it's called)

Please help

Any ideas, anyone? i'm really pulling my hair out here trying to find out how to do this.
