Relocating e-mail and flag status?

I have a user who uses flag status in Outlook very extensively (on almost every e-mail he gets). I need to transfer his mail to another computer. I've tried exporting his mail and then importing. This effectively brings his mail to the other computer in the exact folder structure he had. But it does not bring his flag status settings.

Does anyone know how to export/import the settings for flag status and rules?

Flags and rules are client side settings. I don't think you can do it. Good luck.

Does anyone know how to export or what to export in order to keep the flag settings from one computer to the next?
