Reliability of WLAN 2210 Handset

Is anyone out there using the Nortel wireless LAN 2210 handsets? If so, have you experienced undue reliability problems? I have a group of users who greatly depend on this mobile handset and are pretty much ready to throw it in the garbage. The chief complaint is that every so often a caller says "I was calling, but no one answered!" Meanwhile, they were standing there with the phone in their hand, but it never rang. I have not been able to recreate the problem myself. I know, I know, it could be user/caller error, but I was wondering if anyone has noticed similar complaints specificially with the 2210 wireless handset, or has any other general opinions or complaints about it.

The 2210 is a very reliable handset. I would look for possible WLAN issues....
