Releasing Domain Policies

Hey all,

We have a Windows XP Pro laptop in our environment, we have removed this laptop from our domain network for use in another area with limited restrictions, it appears some of the domain policies are still in effect (e.g. no right click). We have done the GPupdate /Force command and still have this issue.

Does anyone know how to release the domain policies from this laptop?

If you didn't already change it to a workgroup or another domain from the laptop itself.

is there no way of releasing it without bringing it back in and removing it from the domain?
