Release 4 IP Office announcement prompts for Queuing

If you do not have a VM Pro server can you setup announcements for the Calling Group Queue, using the *9N1 and the *9N2 short codes and using the wave files in the IPOffice. We have a DuVoice working with the IPOffice and canno get announcement prompts.

Not that i am aware of. You would need embedded or PRO. I dont think you could even set 2 different voicemails on the system. As far as i know there are no wav files in the IPO. you could get an embedded card and put them on but again you cant set 2 different VM's in the IPO.
