I have a question, our Exchange 5.5 server is being used as a relay and I need to stop this, what I need to know is anyone can give me some advice\instructions on ending this problem, I have followed the various Microsoft info but still have the problem, so what I'm looking for is anyone who has had this issue and taken care of it, if you could help me. Thanks

Dude, check out faq10-1779

Basically, on the Routing tab on the Internet Mail Service under Connections,
1) pick Reroute incoming SMTP mail
2) Click Routing Restrictions
3) Check "Hosts & clients with these IP addresses" but don't enter any addresses.
4) Click OK, click OK again, and bounce the IMS service.

You should be good to go.
