One of my users gets this error when she tries to send an email to one address.

"The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

theiremail@theirdomain.com on 19.6.2004 12:35

You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.

<ourexchangeserver.com #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 <theiremail@theirdomain.com >... Relaying denied>"

(changed addresses)

I have tried to google this error but I have not been able to identify what solution applies. Could anyone help?

I take that back, it seems that it doesnt work :(

Elvar,

Don't pull your hair out. I've had this a few times...

The problem was with the other person's email server. Their server was having DNS issues or something like that.

I can say with a lot of confidence that it is probably not your problem, but the recipient's.

thanks :)
I sortof figured that out since everything I tried didnt seem to work but then all of a sudden it started working again

so good to know for sure where the problem was
