Relational Model Software 1

Hi! I need to build the relational model of a database I already have. Does anybody know if there would be a software or so that would make it for me withou me having to rebuild the database? I found some software like CaseStudio, but i'd like somthing simpler, that would import the SQL script or something like this.
Well, any suggestions are very welcome.

dbdesigner 4 is a great tool..quickly reverse engineers a db...
