If you have already uninstalled Oracle software, then getting rid of the Listener service may be a bit dicey since we use the Oracle Net Configuration Assistant to delete an unwanted Listener service.
Similarly to get rid of an Oracle Instance service: we use the command-prompt executable "oradim -delete -sid <SID>".
Another important cleanup item is to delete Oracle registry entries:

Start..Run..regedit..HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE..Software..Oracle[Delete]
To get rid of the residual database files, you can just delete them using Windows Explorer.
