reinitialize a password

I have a partner voice messaging system. I want to reinitialize a password for an extension so we can get into the voice mails. How do I do this? frok

There is a Partner forum, but, depending on which Partner Mail/Messaging you have, log into the System Administrator's mailbox, proceed to the programming menu, select the option for mailboxes or extensions, and initalizing the password will be one of the available options.
