Registry settings for App-icon in right-click-menu

Hi,

In the registry I set my app-name in the rightclick-menu.

For files: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell\rad2005\command
For folders: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\folder\shell\AppName\command

Works fine.

How do I implement the App-icon also in the menu?
Is there a way to do that also for the rightclick-menu on the desktop?
