Registry Location Of Regional Options

I am trying to figure out where in the registry the Regional Settings are stored. I have two sets of users, some using the Engligh (United States) and some using English (United Kingdom). I need to read the registry entry and determine which one they are to modify dates in a VB application. Anyone know the location of this key? ****************************
