Where in the registry would I look for programs or documents automatically opening up for a user at logon? This is only happening to one user. He has two documents coming up as soon as he logs in. I looked in the start Menu folder and do not see anything anywere in his profile. Thanks.

Try looking in the Run key, I am not sure were it is located but you can do a search in the Registry.

The keys are HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run
