Is there any way to force an NT Workstation to use the roaming profile instead of "prompting" with the following error message:

Your locally stored profile is newer than your roaming profile, would you like to use your locally stored profile? 'Yes' or 'No'

Secondly, Are there any disadvantages to forcing the workstation to load the "roaming profile"?

you can make the roaming profile a mandatory profile meaning the user can not change anything on the profile, to do this all you have to do is open the roaming profile "make sure you set your view options to show all hidden files and folders and show all extentions" and rename a file called NTUSER.DAT to NTUSER.MAN
