Hi there.
WIndows ME
Works fine or has up to this point
now, I have my desktop that I use etc..etc..
one of my kids wants to play with some of the games,

so I set up a new user.
When I rebooted ...typed in his user ID and password...for some reason it didn't take it. Then when I did get into it..I got this message: Windows encountered an error accessing the registry. Windows will repair the error for you and restart your system and fix the Registry.
So I did...same thing...3 times.????? Nothing.

I tried a System Restore to the last point in time the nite before as that was 11:46pm..and I didn't set up the user til after midnight. But it wouldn't take it.
Said it couldn't be restored. I checked the User IDs and the one I set up for him isn't in there.

I even ran a 'scanreg /fix'. Didn't pick up any errors.
This error box stays on until you press ok and reboot...everything seems to be running fine around it - I just need to find out how to fix it so it goes away.
