registry - change log

Does anyone know if there is a way to know what & when changes have been made to the registry? Say, a log?

Get inctrl5, it used to be free from PCmag.com, but their downloads are pay-loads now :-(
InCtrl5 (or 4) will register what you have it register, meant to be used during installation of some software. Later you can see what was changed during that setup...
