Attempt to upgrade a UDT card to loadware version udtcaa42 fails after entering the upgudt command in LD 143 with CCBR033 REJECT message arrived from MGC
Make sure that the MGCs are fully registered to the Security Domain before attempting the loadware upgrade.
If necessary, regenerate the Secure FTP token from UCM and then start the upgrade again.

Fix:
1. Cold start both CS cores while split.
2. Unregister and register both CS to the Security Domain.
3. Confirm using Regenerate Now button on Secure FTP page within UCM.
4. Join the cores.
