I have a form whos input comes from a query with a condition.
if status field = "complete" then the record is not collected by the query. displayed fields have status="normal"
to update on the form they select a drop down box and click on complete option of the status field.

Question
how do I reload query so the changed records dissapear.
i tried a refresh form button - it did work then it stopped ??
currently they have to highlight any field and click on a-z sort. that seems to reload query and drop unwanted records.
i need a button like refresh but currently it does not work

any ideas

thanks

i do not understand
where does that line go exactly?
i only tried buttons and options off of that wizard

thanks

I got it
that worked
i stuck it ito the VB event procedure . inside loop

thanks

Add a button to your form, you can use the wizard to create a button, if you wish. When this is done, replace the wizard generated line of code with the line above. Alternatively, add a button and paste the line above into the click event for the button.
