Refresh previewed report in Access

Hi!
I have a combo box whereby each selection will generate related report.How do I switch from one selection to the other, and preview the current report without having to close the previous report in prior?

I've tried your suggestion on Me.refresh after DoCmd.OpenReport but it didn't work.If you have the Northwind database example in your MsAccess, you can refer to form Customer Labels Dialog If I were to select on specific country an choose Austria, I will preview report pertaining to Austria, then if I were to select Brazil without closing the previous report, Access will not generate reports regarding Brazil.
Please help.
