refresh button is not working in EXPLORER why?

Hi,
My report is fine and working well.When i see this report in Explorer refresh button is not working..I am using SmartActivexviewer for viewing crystal reports and enabled the refresh button .Could you please help me out why the refresh button is not working?.When i click on refresh button i am not getting anything, i.e, no data is comming.
