Is there a way to cascade update and delete records without using referential integrity in the relationship window. I have tons of tables with 0ne to many relationships. It is causing Microsoft Access to act unstable.<br>I am using these tables in subforms which is why I need cascading update and delete. Thanks in advance.<br>Charlie<br>
