Redirection of password change request

Does anyone know of an open source application that I can use to redirect password change request from Active Directory to a url? This application should be intelligent enough to hook into the process and redirect users to a url for single sign on authentication... I would, of course, prefer not to rewrite dll's, due to updating of service packs and having to replicate to every machine in the forest...

I am open to suggestions... Even programmatically getting this done would be preferental to using any Oracle Access Manager solution... Problem is that we currently are heavily invested in Oracle applications... We need to leverage our Active Directory environment as we attempt to phase Oracle out, or use it as least as possible. BUT, we need to provide SSO for the next several years until we can get rid of the Oracle dependencies...

Environment - Windows Server 2003 R2 Forest w/AD and a host of Oracle applications... We have developed our own third party utility that can connect via LDAPS to AD and add/modify/delete user accounts... We would also like to provide our users with the whole SSO package... So, if they issued a password change request, either through CAD sequence or in response to a password expiry event, we would like for the user to be redirected to a url...

Any ideas...?

I don't know of anything open source I'm afraid. The only things I can think of right now are Microsoft Active Directory federation services or Quest's One Identity solution.

If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions?

I was afraid of that... The client really wants to stay away from Centrify and Vintella and does not want to use the Active Directory Connector that is installed on the Oracle Access Server...

whoo boy...

Thnxs for the confirmation though...
