Redirect Incoming Number

I have an incoming ANI that I would like to redirect to another extension. The caller is calling in on ISDN Prime and is calling various DID's in our system. I looked at other threads and can't figure out the EC500 method. Can someone give me the exact steps.

This is the ec500 method.

Create an xmobile station like this:

Cell Phone Number: 'ANI NUMBER'
Mapping Mode: origination

AND create a COR with this:

Calling Party Restriction: origination

I have ec500 licenses but when I go to creat an XMOBILE station it doesn't take and tells me 'x-station mobility: feature is not activated'.
