I have a customer with MICS 6.1, CP 100 & T1 with DID's
When they leave at night they want to forward their lines to a cell phone, this should be easy but for some reason i'm drawing a blank. Can I forward with f84 then select all lines? I think that would work? Any thoughts would be appreciated...

so would ext fna if your set up for routing and allow redirect on the sets in question

ski season has started

Its best to go with external Fwd no answer on that your system configuration.

If you need instructions please let us know.

Just incase I miss you here. If you got the correct software which I'm pretty sure you do. And you have no routing built.

1. Go under routing and create a route 002 and have it use the line pool that all your outgoing lines are on.

2. Next go to destination codes. Pick a number that is not in use. Commonly 9 but if you are using it as an access code then choose another number not in use. Once the system accepts your destination code have it absorb all. This will absorb your first digit and send out the rest.

3. Go to the main set and under terminals and sets allow for redirect, defaulted to no. And give access to that set, if not already to the line pool.

4. With that complete at night have the last person go to that phone and press the following:

your destination code you built + the phone number you wan t to forward to = All calls that ring on that set internal or external will go to that number.

You probably already new this, but just in case.

Let us know how it works out.

forgot to add to number 2. Make sure the destination code is using route 002 under normal.

Thanks for the instructions, I will give it a try the next trip there.
Wow.. thats above and beyond, thanks a lot..............
