redirect call back out the same trunk group. 1

I have a phone number in China that I need to redirect during off hours. Currently the caller ID that is incoming is also the caller ID that is outgoing. China telecom doesn't like that and restricts the call. How can I make it so any call that is redirect out the same E1 will show a number internal to my company. CM5.2.1

BSH, I got it. Thank you! You were exactly right. My issue was with tandem-calling-party-num. The CPN prefix is the caller id information from the incoming call. That was where I was wrong.
