Hi,

I have a main line (a main phone number). Under this main number there are couple of menu options. Again under a menu option, say Option 2, there are some submenu options. Now I need to change this configuration. When someone dials this main number and chooses Option 2, I want to redirect this call to an 800 number instead of playing submenu options to this person. How do I do this on Meridian 1 PBX?
Many thanks!

This would be done in the mail system. What type of mail do you have?

Hi,

Thanks for your quick reply.
Are you asking voice mail system? I think it is Meridain voice mail.
Thanks again.

log into mail, options 3 4 the 6 will get you to the voice menu definitions. arrow down to the main menu uae the space bar to select and view modify, tab down to option key, change it to a cl and enter the 91800 number. you may have a problem if the rpl doesn't allow that call or if the acd agents have a ncos block.. if other options in mail dial ld, those issues have been addressed
