Hello,

I'minstalling Red Hat on 2 differents computers and on both machines on the boot shows eth0 FAILED hower the cards are diferents on the machines is there any comfiguration you must do in order to get it working I'm on a DHCP and I specified during the installation (I'm also new to the world of LINUX)

Try looking in /var/log/messages to see if there are any more detailed error messages.

Also, post the output of 'lsmod' to see if the appropriate kernel module is loaded for your ethernet cards.

Also, the make of the cards would be useful.
