I want to know whats the RECYCLERS folder in windows and how can i delete them. Thanks

RECYCLER is your recycle bin (icon on desktop). This is where Windows keeps deleted files until you empty the bin. You wouldn't want to delete this system folder (would you?).

Im refering to yp the recycle files founf in every hardisk partition. I cant view them even when i click view systems files. I cab only see them when i try to scan the hardrive for virus

The recycler folders that you find on each partition are the actual folders that contain the files you have placed in your recycle bin on the desktop. Imagine the Recyle Bin on your desktop to be a shortcut to these folders.

However you should be able to view the contents of these folders without any problems. Do you receive any error messages when you double click on them or are they just empty folders?

A hidden folder is creating on each volume that has the recycle bin enabled named Recycled. Any deleted files are moved to this folder and renamed to: C<original drive letter><number file deleted>.<original extension> and the original full name and path stored in a mapping file Info2. For example the file name: C:\ would become Dc1.html (if it was the first file deleted on the partition).

When the Recycle Bin becomes full, Windows starts deleting files to make room for newly deleted files. These files are still recoverable until you 'empty' the Recycle Bin.

As with other Hidden, protected folders, see to gain access:
But I strongly encourage you not to mess with this folder when found on any volume.

The reclyler folder im refering to are from backup partitioned drive in my comp. I have a Hardisk with 4 partitions. i reformated drive c but the recyclers still exist on my backup drive (drive d). I want to delete them. Those files are from my old instalation of windows.
