I keep on getting this error every time I log in:

Application popup: Windows - Registry Recovery : One of the files containing the system's Registry data had to be recovered by use of a log or alternate copy. The recovery was successful.

Nothing new is installed and no HW changes were made.
IS there anyway to make this go away?

Thanks
-Phil

This is a serious p.i.a. issue, as it can mean anything from intermittant RAM failures, intermittant Hard Disk failures, to software issues. Or somethings little at all.

There is no "magic bullet" for this one.

Found something out:

When I disable the Local Area Connection the dialog window never appears. However when I reenable it, it comes back upon every log-on...

Looks like it is network related....
