Hi,

RecProgram field in monitor/query (show field) stands for what?

Is this a scheduler name through which call gets recorded.

I got numerals in that column...

Where i can find those numerals.

rec program colum refers to the schedule u have set up in a qa environment or a recording program which is part of a total recording system.

e.g if u set up a sschedule name all calls then this column would be populated with calls that were recorded by that schedule/program

recording programs also need to be enabled on server features in nice cls server controller located on cls
