I've got an end user who keeps corrupting his NAM software. It's a NAM II Copper, 4.0.4c. I can reload the software fine on the exisitng hard drive, but it seems to crash. Is there a way to backup the voice messages on the box once it's corrupted? Are the messages stored in a format that is transferrable to another hard drive?

Thanks!

You can do a back up but I don't believe that it saves the messages in the individual boxes themselves. It saves just the main programming. Mailbox numbers and corresponding extension numbers, Auto Attendant promots, etc. Not messages in mailboxes.

F983, log in
Dial 22 to back up (33 to restore)

Have 7+ disks on hand and label them in order because the NAM will ask for you to reinsert the first disk as a test.
