Good Afternoon,

2 questions:

Does anyone know if there is a way to backup or save the SEKUR file for a 3.0 NAM without going through the KSU? I puchased 2 fiber NAMs running 3.0 with 6 channels (vm ports) but I don't have a KSU with compatible software (lowest I have is 4.1) and I want to replace the HD's with preloaded 4.1 but need to keep my port upgrades.

Also, I have a NAM running 4.0 that the HD is looping and I am getting inactive feature for all F9XX possibilities, so I want to replace the drive in that one as well, but I have Minuet ACD and Cintech on it, but don't have the software disks to re-load. Any suggestions on keeping those features (transferring to upgrade HD)?

Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated! I'm new to this (really just an end user) but learning quickly. If my questions seem a little out there, please be gentle.

Thanks again!

if you have the os/2 desktop on, locate the file and transfer the file to the floppy using DOS commands. If not, then contact your vendor, the should be able to either give you the keycode again and or retrieve them from Nortel.

The NAM preloaded hard drive. You will have to reinstall the minuet acd. If you are still in maintenance, you should be able to download them off If you are not in maintenance, contact your vendor for a copy of the Minuet. He should be able to provide you with a floppy disk with minuet on it.
