Recovering a deleted file from an FTP site

I'm running an IIS 5 FTP site on Windows 2000 Server. When a file is deleted from within the FTP folder for this site, how can I recover it? I cannot find it in the Recycle Bin and there appears to be only one Recycle Bin for my server. Thanks.
