Ok, have a 2000 SBS running exchange only. Had ISA running at one point but was giving too much grief. Last time I came in, I stripped ISA from the server at the clients request but he had a pitiful d-link router to put in. Well, he got hacked and Exchange was set open relay and hence a million emails passed thru the smtp... He's going to buy a decent router now, thankfully.
All that's been taken care of but I installed norton corporate tonite and had a time of it. Alot of the rights are changed, especially in the registry. Admin was stripped off ALL of the symantec keys. On checking, there were 4 foriegn accounts set up (now removed).
Is there a tool that anyone knows of to check the administrator rights on a server and in the registry and reset where necessary???
