Can you record a call to a CP100 mailbox and then move it to a PC so it can be E mailed, if so has anyone done it and what would be the programming and parameters.??

the Unified Messaging keycode is needed for this. Once you have the CP on your office network and the UM keycode installed, it's a basic install wizard that walks you through the rest.
