Recording issue

Hi,

It is CM 8.1 we are getting an continuously on ACR

"Address 2963 not recognized by TSAPI"

The extension 2963 is a extension having Vantage Tel set, we have other extensions on recording as well (j139/j129) and ACR showing no error accept a vantage set.

Can somebody help?

Is the status of the Vantage Phone in System Manager showing as AST? If not then it is probably not subscribing with CM which is why it is not being recognized. Not sure if Vantage supports AST or not.

The vantage is configured as a hot line and working ok as hot line. I m not sure about AST but ACR still showing the same error.
